Running a bit behind…

by keither on Oct.21, 2009, under Administrivia

Hey folks. I know we promised to have our releases out on the 15th of the month, but here we are on the 21st of October and we’re running late.

This is totally on me – we recorded the show on schedule, but I had committed to serve as Josh & Devona’s wedding coordinator. As we approached the date, my time just became more and more scarce. With a nearly-week-long trip to Asheville for the wedding, and having kids on the flight, there just wasn’t the time I’d hoped there’d be to work on editing the show.

Now that I’m back, I’m hoping to have it finished up soon, but my 3rd Wedding Anniversary is tomorrow, so scratch that for work time. :)

We’ll probably run a bit “late” over the next few months, slowly pulling back in toward the 15th. I don’t mind going late a little bit, but ultimately, I’d like to return toward mid-month for release.

Thanks again for your patience, and expect October to just be a busy month for us.

-Keith

We’re live on iTunes!

If you’re the kind of person who prefers to set up their podcasts through iTunes, we’re now available.  Just search for “Confessing The Blues” or “Keith Shapiro” or “Jonathan Pechon” and the podcast will pop right up!

Also, for those of you new to podcasting, you don’t have to listen to the show by using the little play button on the web page.  You can download the show directly to your computer and listen to it at your leisure, or transfer it to the audio player of your choice.  Each show will have a link that says “Download” next to it.  If you right-click that link and choose “Save As…” you can put it right there on your computer.

Many other media players besides iTunes also support Podcasts.  My personal favorite, J. River Media Center handles it extremely well.  If there’s a service you think we should belong to, please let us know, and if you have any feedback be sure to send it our way – info@confessingtheblues.com or on our voice line at 60-THE-BLUES (608-432-5837).
